1.chop the cilantro, place it in bowl 2.peel and cut the carrot in sticks about 3cm2.2in long then put it in a bowl 3.cut the lemongrass stick in 3 and then transversely in half and place it a bowl
- prepare the meat:
4.cut the meat in thin stripes, 2-3cm1-1.5in long, 1.5-2cm0.6-0.8in wide and 0.7cm0.3in tick, put it in a bowl 5.add the juice from the lemon, 1 tbs of brown sugar, 3 tbs fish sauce, 1 ts galangal and 1 ts ginger paste. Mix well with the hands and wash them afterwards.
Put 4-5 tbs of cauliflower rice flat in the plate and on top 3-4 tbs of meat and veggies, with sauce. Serve hot.
