1. cut the cabbage in 2cm1in wide slices, like in the image, and put it in the cabbage bowl3. slice the paprika 2cm1in x 1.50.8in chunks and put it in the bowl3. cut the mushrooms in quarters and put them in the mushroom bowl4. put the chopped spring onions in another bowl5. peel the orange and chop it in chunks about 1.50.8in, put them in bowl together with the 1/2 lime6. put the oyster sauce in another small bowl7. slice the pork meat in thin slices, 5mm0.2in thick, about 2-3cm1-1.5in long and wide. Sprinkle the salt over the meat and put it in the meat bowl8. finely chop the garlic and ginger root and put them over the meat
