1.dice the onion, larger pieces and put it in the bowl. 2.prepare the green beans (wash them and cut off the ends) 3.cut the capia pepper in two, lengthwise, and then slice it. Place it in its bowl. 4.peel the mango fruit and cut it pieces about 1-1.5cm0.4-0.6in x 4-5cm1.5-2in. Put it in the reserved bowl. 5.slice the mushrooms, 0.5-1cm0.2-0.4in tick and place them in the bowl. 6.grind cumin, anis, a few black pepper grains and 1/2 ts of coarse salt. 7.cut the meat in thin slices, bite size and sprinkle over it the spices. Put it in the bowl and press the two garlic cloves on top. 8.put the water, oyster sauce and the sesame oil in another bowl. 9.start cooking!
Put in plates, for kids first, to cool a bit. I like this served in soup plates or bowls. Add 1 tbs of sauce in each plate and keep adding until finished.
