1.cut the tail of the pumpkin off, so that it leaves a large enaugh opening to scoop out the seeds with a spoon and to add the meat fill later on. 2.peel the carrot and parsley. In a bowl, grate them both large, using a veggie grater. 3.cut the meat in cubes 1.5cm0.6in and put it in a large bowl. Sprinkle 1ts of salt over it. 4.add 2ts of turmeric powder, 1 ts of thyme and 1 ts of oregano. 5.peel and dice finely 3 ginger roots, and add it to the meat bowl. Mix everything in the meat bowl a bit with a spoon.
Put the volcano on the table for the kids to enjoy but warn them it is hot! No touching!
In each plate put 3-4 spoons of meat and scoop out 3-4 spoons of pumpkin.
